Vision Pack Invests In A Window Patching Machine

Faridabad- based Vision Pack commissioned a window patching machine WPA – 1000BF with sealing inner tube device from Win Pack Machinery. The machine has been supplied by their Indian representative SM Graphotronic. The company is a packaging printing facility of Sai Print & Pack, a 13-year old printing company. After a decade of establishment the company moved to Dudhola, Faridabad and commissioned multiple printing presses and in-house finishing equipment from Germany, Switzerland and China.

The sealing inner tube device of the machine can run at a maximum sealing speed of 100 meters per minute and maximum feeding width of 500mm.

“Being a packaging printer, we wanted to invest in a window patching machine and SM Graphotronic gave us the best option as far as our need and budget was concerned. Quality productivity, low maintenance on machine was the main reasons to choose the machine,” said Anuj Dayal, Chief Executive Officer, Vision Pack.

“The growing demand for highly finished packaged products in the FMCG and pharma sectors indicates good opportunities for a packaging printing and we have plans to invest on the regular basis into our operations in the near future. This will enable us to produce high quality products and deliver on time,” he added.

The packaging printing company caters to packaging clients offering high quality folding cartons with special finishing effects. The product range was expanded to include small lightweight solid fibre folding cartons, large decorative cases, multi-colour printed litho-laminated corrugated cartons and point of sale displays.

“Our next expansion will be in the finishing part and pre press of the facility. We are among the few printers who can provide VLF (very large format) printing facility with a size of 14×56 inch for outer cartons,” Dayal further stated.
