The status of a UFI approved event is a sign of guaranteed quality! PackPlus South, being the first packaging industry exhibition in 
the country to be associated with UFI, is delighted with the recently attained recognition.
UFI is the association of the world’s leading tradeshow organisers and fairground owners, major national and international exhibition associations and selected partners of the exhibition industry. Its objective is to represent, promote and support its members and the exhibition industry worldwide by promoting the unique characteristics of trade fairs. UFI has bestowed its quality label upon over 912 trade fairs and exhibitions organised by its members worldwide. And now PackPlus South joins the league.
Earlier, the organizers had assigned BPA Worldwide- USA, a media-auditing organization company, to audit the key exhibition figures for PackPlus South 2012. The process involved pre-event review of systems, on-site inspection, post event confirmations of attendance, examination of accounting records and other auditing procedures. Accordingly, BPA certified 243 exhibitors in a total exhibition area of 4,115 that included 86.4 % of domestic and 13.6 % international companies. The total number of unique visitors at PackPlus South was counted at 7,062. In the year 2013, the show expects to score higher on all the parameters.

The ‘UFI approved’ label will provide an assurance to the PackPlus South exhibitors and visitors that they will benefit from a professionally planned and managed event,” says Neetu Arora, Director,Print-Packaging.Com (P) Ltd. “With this recognition, the PPCPL team is more enthusiastic towards its preparation for the 2013 edition of PackPlus South, scheduled from 5-8 July at HITEX International Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad,” she adds.
