Xerox Debuts Versant 1000i and FreeFlow Core @ PAMEX ‘15

At PAMEX ’15, Xerox India Ltd (Stall D20) is showcasing Versant 1000i and FreeFlow Core workflow solution for the first time. As per BalajiRajagopalan, executive director – technology channels & international business, Xerox India Ltd, Xerox is displaying five different products for the first time. These include C70, Versant 80, Versant 1000 and Versant 1000i with gold and silver option. Infact, the Versant displayed at PAMEX is new in the sense that it has a banner printing option of 26” for mid-production system. Besides, it can handle a variety of media.” The machine comes with Pantone-certified shades of gold and silver, besides having an option of clear ink which can be used to highlight the image, which can also be overprinted upto 7 layers to give it an embossed look and feel.

“Automation is the key and this machine is built on the well-established Versant 1000, of which 60 machines have already been sold. It also has a stock library option that can save a lot of time,” added ArjunKhosla, head product marketing –PSG & WF, Xerox India Ltd. It can be used for printing of certificates where gold foil can be replaced by gold ink, collaterals for luxury brands, jewellery advertisements, cards, etc.

Talking about the ongoing PAMEX ’15, Balaji informed that they have already met 400 customers at the show and there are lot of new visitors to their stand and they are on the verge of closing some deals as well.
